January 23   Guest Artist Matthew Vaughn, Co-Principal Trombone of The Philadelphia Orchestra.  2:00 Master Class in Pfleeger Concert Hall.  8PM Recital in Boyd Recital Hall (free and open to the public)

February 2  Youth Brass Day with Dr. Bryan Appleby-Wineberg and The 3-Time National Champion Atlantic Brass Band, master classes, rehearsals, sectionals, and a side-by-side concert with ABB.  Wilson Music Building. GO HERE FOR INFORMATION

February 6  The Rowan Faculty Brass present an evening of brass solos and chamber music from the 20th and 21st centuries.  George Rabbai and Bryan Appleby-Wineberg, trumpets; Lyndsie Wilson, horn; Amy Bliss, euphonium; Richard Linn, trombone, Brian Brown, tuba;  with guest artist Stanley DeLang, piano.  8PM Boyd Recital Hall. (free and open to the public)

February 8-10 The Mid-Atlantic Brass Band Festival featuring bands from Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania with guest artists Tom Hutchinson, principal cornet of The Cory Band and Michael Fowles, conductor of the Foden’s Band.
