Just wanted to mention quickly that there are actually two guys in B&R who were in the Brassed Off movie. Michael Kennedy who I mentioned in my recent post about Brass in Concert and also Colin Brook.

I’m on Rep this week for our joint concert with Boobs ‘n Brass and have yet to figure out how Mick and Colin (along with Richard, Alex, and Dean in the back row) are able to put out so much sound. I’m working like crazy and feel like I’m hardly close their dynamic. Then they turn around and play an effortless ppp! Crazy.
