Had my second lesson with Phillip late this afternoon. I’m doing Napoli with Lindley on Sunday and next Friday so I wanted to play it for Phillip. He did say that my vibrato is better. And then he totally kicked my butt on the solo. Didn’t let up for a single second. It was great. And he had some very, very, helpful musical ideas.

I hope I can incorporate his suggestions by Sunday and we are all set to meet again in January. More later…..
